Returning an item...

If you would like to return an item to Offistock the best way to ascertain the logistics of the return and avoid any owed refund is to call a member of our helpful team on TBC as soon as possible or contact us via our contact page. We will endeavor to respond as quickly as we can and get that problem solved.

You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your delivery to be eligible for a return.

  • Original purchase order number
  • Photo or video of fault (if this is a visible fault or if it will help show the problem)
  • A brief description of the issue you're experiencing.

Faulty goods

For any faulty goods received, firstly we apologise - mistakes do happen! 

Contact us as above and we will arrange a suitable solution as per our Warranty and Exemptions clause. 

Please email us with all details and images so that we can best assist you with any issues regarding returns.
